Refund Policy

​At Rooted Wife Coaching, I aim to provide wholehearted, Christ-centered support to every woman I serve. Because coaching is a deeply personal and time-based service, I’ve set the following refund guidelines to protect both your investment and my time:

One-on-one Coaching Sessions

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled at no cost.

• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled once as a courtesy.• Completed sessions are non-refundable.

• Tardiness by 15 minutes or more are counted as no-shows.

• Cancelation of a session by Coach Katie will be rescheduled, and packages timeframes may be extended if needed, due to her cancelation.

Coaching Packages

• If you’ve purchased a multi-session package and choose to discontinue, a partial refund may be available for unused sessions after full retail price for each session, minus a $10 administrative fee.
• Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase and before 50% of the sessions have been completed.
• No refunds will be issued once more than half of the package has been used (including either half the timeframe or half the sessions completed).

Digital Products

• All digital materials, including downloadable printables and resources, are non-refundable due to their instant-access nature.
